Please be informed that Cebu 3 Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CEBECO III) has issued a Power Supply Advisory regarding the possibility of almost daily, 1-hour rotational power outages due to the current shortage in power supply throughout the Visayas Grid.
According to the advisory, all Distribution Utilities across the Visayas Island are affected by the limited power supply—not only CEBECO III. With the limited power allocation, rotational power interruptions may be implemented.
🔌 What to do during power interruptions:
• Unplug sensitive appliances and electronic devices.
• Keep flashlights, emergency lights, and power banks ready.
• Charge mobile phones and other essential devices in advance.
• Stay updated through official announcements from CEBECO III.
📌 Based on the report from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), power supply is expected to gradually return to normal toward September 2026.
For concerns regarding the power interruption, residents may proceed to or contact the nearest CEBECO III office for assistance.
