A hillside settlement with densely packed houses made primarily of red bricks and concrete. Many buildings appear incomplete or under construction, with visible rebar and unfinished surfaces. The structures vary in size and shape, stacked closely together. Blue water tanks are prominently situated on rooftops, and some laundry is hanging out to dry. Vegetation, including small trees and plants, grows sporadically among the buildings. Overhead cables are visible against a clear blue sky.

A circular vintage sign resembling a bottle cap is mounted on a wall. The sign has a red center with white cursive letters reading 'Camina Balay nga Bato, c. 1865.' The wavy white pattern runs through the red section. The border of the sign is a metallic silver color. Part of a plant with green leaves is visible at the bottom right corner.
